- Make this challenge your own and get involved at your own physical level of comfort. Complete your activity virtually, starting March 1, wherever and whenever works best for you, with a friend or solo! You can log your daily or weekly activity in your preferred fitness activity tracking app at any time.
- This virtual event is 100% free. You can begin tracking your squats in your preferred fitness activity tracking app on March 1, but you can fundraise February 4 through March 31.
- There are no age limits to participate in this challenge—everyone is welcome—however, you must have a Facebook account in order to create a challenge fundraiser and then join us in Messenger to receive updates and coaching throughout the challenge.
