BRIAN G. KELLY
FOUNDER, TRUSTEE
Brian G. Kelly has been a Director of Activision since July 1995. He has served as Chairman of the Company since October 2013 and as Co-Chairman since October 1998. He previously served as President of the Company from July 1997 to October 1998, and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 1995 to October 1998. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from February 1991 until July 1997, and Secretary of the Company from May 1991 until October 1997. Mr. Kelly holds a law degree from Fordham Law School and a B.A. degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and was a certified public accountant.Mr. Kelly is the Co-Founder of The Call of Duty Endowment (“CODE”). CODE is a non-profit public benefit corporation which helps service members transition to civilian careers after their military service.
Mr. Kelly is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Cure Alliance (“JDCA”). The JDCA is a novel and innovative non-profit that advocates a businesslike approach to type 1 diabetes cure research where donors are treated as shareholders. The JDCA acts like a Wall Street sell-side analyst studying, analyzing and commenting on non-profit diabetes research foundations/organizations, and provides advice to major cure research donors on how to make their contributions most effective.

Joseph Tuite is the Chief Investment Officer of West Side Avenue Holdings and Eureka Investments. Joe holds a BA in finance from Villanova University. -
PHILIP J. SHAW
GENERAL MANAGER
Philip Shaw has led the JDCA since March of 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Shaw worked for both Kraft Foods and General Mills in a range of marketing and general management roles. Mr. Shaw spent the majority of his career in the United States, but also held expatriate market leadership roles in Asia. Phil has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Brandeis University. -
TIM HONE
RESEARCH EDITOR
Tim Hone has been living with type one diabetes for fifteen years. Since earning a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts (MALA) from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM in 2015, he has written for a variety of news outlets as well as nonprofit organizations. As a JDCA research editor, his role is to produce reports which keep the community appraised of research and funding trends towards a Practical Cure for T1D. -
SOPHIA VALENTE
EDITORIAL AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Sophia Valente is an editorial and research associate for the JDCA, supporting research, content writing, editing, and publishing. After graduating with a B.A in English from Binghamton University, she completed a year of service with Americorps, further propelling her passion for public health. She is grateful to work towards a better future for the T1D community. -
JEFFREY OHANIAN
FUNDRAISING AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Jeffrey Ohanian is a fundraising and marketing associate for the JDCA, analyzing data and providing insight into organizational strategies. After being diagnosed with Type 1 in 2016, Jeffrey knew he wanted to assist the T1D community in the work toward a cure. He joined the JDCA with that goal in mind. Jeffrey attained his MBA and BA from St. John’s University.
