Thanks to the generosity of the many companies who support the mission of the JDCA, employees are often able to have their donation matched 1:1 by your employer, through a ‘Matching Gift’ program.
Companies and foundations use various procedures for employees to request matching gifts, including online forms, payroll deductions, or paper forms. Contact your HR or employee representative to find out the process in your company.
Matching Gifts support our mission and are used to help us advocate to find a cure for T1D. If your company uses a paper matching gift form, please complete the employee portion and send it by email or mail to the JDCA. We’ll do the rest!
