Let’s Unite to Focus Research Toward a Diabetes Cure

The JDCA is working to become a liaison between donors who contribute for a diabetes cure and the charitable organizations. We endeavor to facilitate communication and ensure that the donor’s voice, and giving intention, is heard.

What can donors do?

• Read our reports to learn about the type 1 diabetes charitable landscape

• Ask questions to prompt accountability and transparency: Where are my donations going? What is the goal of this project? How are we objectively measuring progress? Is there a deadline or progress report?

• Become a member of the Alliance and encourage friends, family, and colleagues to do the same so that we can strengthen voices toward a cure

• Attach our Donor Action Letter to ensure that your donation is used to further Practical Cure research

As membership in the Alliance grows, the JDCA will continue to expand the resources it offers to donors.
